Skungamaug River Golf Club - Coventry Golf

Skungamaug River Golf Club is a golf facility that lies on 110 acres of scenic country in Coventry, Connecticut. The course gives the golfer a feeling that is not found anywhere else in the country.

Our 18-hole facility features 5,785 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70. The course rating is 69.4 and it has a slope rating of 123. Designed by Chet Jenkins, the Skungamaug River Golf Club opened as nine holes in 1965, and was expanded to 18 holes in 1980.

Skungamaug River offers an old time golfing experience where our staff will make you feel welcome in the clubhouse, on the course, or on our grass tee practice range. Our practice facility includes a putting green, practice sand bunker, and separate lesson tee for instruction by PGA Professional, Rick Nelson.
